Goalkeeper Program Objectives
The Omaha Futbol Club Goalkeeper Training Program is designed to challenge the goalkeeper to achieve their best and guide their respective teams to higher levels of success. The main goal of the OFC Goalkeeper Training Program is to help goalkeepers achieve this level of success as LEADERS on their teams. Additionally, they will be trained with proper technique for all situations so they can be efficient goalkeepers and allow fewer goals.
We will strive to make all of the goalkeepers more confident to make better decisions and to be able to organize their team efficiently. Our staff will also be available to do match analysis and help goalkeepers incorporate the training into their matches. The Omaha Futbol Club Goalkeeper Training Program will emphasize the four main components of the game: Technical, Tactical, Psychological and Physical. We will cover all aspects of training in a program that is designed for the spring and fall seasons, as well as preparation for all teams that compete in Regional and National competitions. This will all be done in a challenging and fun environment that encourages competitiveness and good teamwork.
This training will be provided for all goalkeepers on Elite and Gold Level Teams.
