Primary Goals of Academy:
- Provide a safe and healthy environment for our Omaha FC youth players.
- Create a culture where the girls within the program can be creative and energetic
while developing both technically and tactically.
- Provide players with the proper foundation of a complete soccer player while also
challenging them to do more than they think is possible.
- Establish a standard of excellence where they are proud of representing both
Omaha FC and the game of soccer itself.
- Provide an atmosphere that fosters enjoyment and freedom of expression
through spirited training sessions and games.
- Develop an environment within which girls are developed individually and within
the team concept.
- Develop and nurture the next generation of select players.
- Provide and atmosphere for our youth players to develop into confident young
ladies who realize that being respectful, working hard, and having a positive attitude will help them on the soccer field, in school, in life and in their relationships with family and friends.
